S.T.E.A.M. MISSION & GOALS for 4th and 5th Grades: To engage all 4th and 5th grade students in global citizen educational activities and design thinking strategies to develop STEAM skills in critical thinking and application, problem solving, and collaboration. Students will emerge as inspired innovators, creators, problem-solvers, and collaborators who are prepared for STEM-related college and career paths and a wide array of life opportunities.

As the daughter of immigrants, I was raised to value education and to believe in its unwavering ability to positively transform a person’s life course. This fuels my personal commitment and dedication to serve as a compassionate educator, a social justice advocate, and a scholar who aspires to bring more equity, consciousness, and healing to educational spaces. As an educator, I have served in various teaching, supportive, and management roles for over 15 years in California public schools and educational nonprofit settings. I am thrilled to be at McGill School of Success this year with our inspiring group of students and staff!
