About Us

McGill School of Success is a Charter elementary school serving students from transitional kindergarten through fifth grade in the Southpark community of San Diego, California. 

 

At McGill School of Success we emphasize a whole-child education offering diverse programming including: 

• performing arts with music instruction and Dance/P.E.

• leadership development through our school-wide Character Counts program and Student Council

• a FREE before and after school program that serves our students from 6:15am - 6:00pm. 

 

With so many great schools to choose from in San Diego when it comes to the critical first years in a child’s education, we pride ourselves on the generations of families who have trusted our school to help set their children up for success. 

 

Our “little school with a big heart” is committed to providing a robust education for our 125 young leaders. Our experienced teaching team understands what it means to make each child’s education count. From our office staff to support staff, we are dedicated to a school culture that centers representation and relationships so that each student feels like they are a part of the McGill community from their first day on campus.
