Mission
To provide children with an equitable, nurturing, and effective learning environment that promotes the development of the 21st century skills of critical thinking, effective communication, creativity and collaboration, with a multicultural perspective and core values essential for academic and lifetime success. To provide parents and or guardians with learning opportunities and resources to ensure their children’s academic success and emotional well being.
Vision
To become the premier early education program in San Diego County where children are educated through a strong collaborative effort between parents, teachers, staff and the community, while creating innovative opportunities for growth in facilities, new technology, family empowerment and enhanced community partnerships.
Values
We believe early education is essential in preparing our children to become future scholars and leaders and they are deserving of the opportunity to develop to their full potential. We pledge to provide the best educational opportunities to all students in a family environment that also inspires our children to take ownership of their education, so they may develop academically, socially, and with healthy bodies and minds.

We believe that parents are the primary educators of their children and must be actively involved in their children’s education, both at home and at school. We pledge to provide parents with a venue for voice and a sense of trust and empowerment via parent training opportunities and ongoing communication with the principal, staff and governing board.
We believe that an effective educational program must embody strategies, methods, and innovative teaching approaches that will maximize children’s knowledge, confidence, joy for learning, self-discipline, and respect for and sense of responsibility towards others. We pledge to engage in innovative planning to secure access to resources for teacher professional development and to maintain open communication with teachers.
We believe community support is essential to the growth and success of our school if we are to become the school we aspire to be. Therefore, we pledge to forge relationships with community and corporate partners that believe in the mission, vision and values of McGill School of Success.
