Bazaar Vendor Application

McGill School of Success / Bazaar / Marketplace

Please complete the form below to apply for participation in the upcoming Bazaar Marketplace.

The market will take place at McGill School of Success, 3025 Fir Street, San Diego 92102, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Vendor Requirements:

 

Vendors are required to bring their own supplies and display.

 

Set-up/Tear-down:

 

  • Set-up time is organized with load-in times: 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

  • You will receive an email during the week of the event with your specific load-in time and vendor space/map.

  • Ensure you are ready to sell by 11:00 AM

  • Vendors must not dismantle their booths before 3:00 PM. Please consult with McGill Staff if needed.​

 

Vendor Loading & Parking:

 

  • Parking for loading/unloading is available near the gate entrance, but you will need to find street parking during the Bazaar.

  • Parking is free throughout the neighborhood; however, please avoid blocking driveways.

 

Payment:

 

  • Payment is required upon receiving your acceptance email into the market, and no later than 36 hours after receipt.

  • If your payment is not received, you will forfeit your spot, and another vendor will be offered your spot.

  • Please note that refunds will not be issued if you decide not to attend.

Cancellation:

 

  • If McGill Bazaar Marketplace cancels the market due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

  • Should you need to cancel for any reason, you will forfeit your vendor fee. A no-show at the market will also result in a forfeiture of the fee.

 

Co-Marketing:

All vendors are encouraged to share and promote the market through their social media platforms. Every post helps generate excitement within the community for the event—this is where the MAGIC happens! Upon acceptance, marketing materials will be provided, along with “easy-to-share” Instagram stories in the week leading up to the event. Let’s collaborate to promote and advertise this exciting occasion!
