Dear Families,


Welcome to the McGill School of Success family! We hope you are enjoying your summer and eagerly anticipate your joining us for the upcoming school year. Exciting plans are in the works, and it's going to be fantastic!


To help you become familiar with our campus and procedures, we invite you to our New Student Orientation on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:O0 PM. Also, if your student will be in the Afterschool Program, we would like to review the policies and procedures from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. We will gather in the Auditorium to:


  • Discuss the Parent Handbook

  • Provide your child’s classroom assignment

  • Meet your child’s teacher 

  • Tour the classroom

  • Hold a question-and-answer session


Then at 2:00 pm:

  • Discuss the Before and After School Program policies and procedures


If you have not yet submitted the following registration documents, you are welcome to bring them to the orientation to streamline our processing:

  • Birth Certificate

  • Updated Immunization Records

  • Dental Records (Dental exams are required annually)

  • Kindergarten Physical with a TB test

  • Confidential Information (e.g., Restraining Order)

  • IEP (A copy is needed for your child’s file)

  • Asthma/Medication authorization (We require a doctor's approval to administer medication)


We look forward to collaborating with your family for the 2026-2027 school year. We strongly encourage you to attend the new student orientation, as it is an excellent opportunity for you and your child to gather information to facilitate a smooth transition to our school. If you are unable to attend, feel free to send a family member in your place. If you change your mind about your child attending McGill, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the space to a student on the waiting list.
