McGill Leadership Change

Dear McGill School of Success Community, Parents, and Students, 

I'm writing to inform you about a change in leadership at McGill School of Success. Our dedicated Principal, Principal Mendoza, will be departing from his role, effective July 31,2025. 

We deeply appreciate Principal Mendoza's commitment and contributions to our school. During his tenure, he guided us through significant staffing challenges, academic growth, fostered a strong sense of community, and implemented valuable new programs. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors. 

To ensure a smooth transition and continued excellent school operations, we are pleased to announce that Mrs. Delia Terry who has been a part of the McGill family for 20 years will serve as our Interim Principal, effective July 11, 2025 until June 30, 2026. Mrs. Delia Terry brings a wealth of experience in school operations and procedures, a deep understanding of our school's mission, a strong grasp of teaching and curriculum standards, state testing, and a strong background in student support. We are confident that she will provide strong leadership during this period. 

Our priority remains providing a stable and enriching learning environment for all our students. We are committed to maintaining the high standards of education and support that you expect from McGill School of Success.
