See: Hispanic Heritage Performance
The heritage of Hispanic culture is a priceless inheritance, not only to those who grew up in it, but to all of us who benefit from it.
Let's hear from the students themselves:
![]() Sussan S. -Es La diversidad: Es un tesoro que une a más de 20 países. Celebramos todo lo que πcompartimos a través de la música, el arte, la comida y la alegría de nuestra cultura. | ![]() Logan M. It is diversity: It is a treasure that brings together more than 20 countries. We celebrate everything we share through music, art, food, and the joy of our culture. |
![]() Alanna S. - Es Fuerza y superación: Es celebrar a nuestra gente que trabajan duro por sus sueños, demostrando que se puede construir un gran futuro sin olvidar nunca de dónde venimos. | ![]() Mahealani G.- It is strength and perseverance: It is celebrating our people who work hard for their dreams, showing that we can build a great future without ever forgetting where we came from. |
![]() Sebastian G- Son Nuestras raíces y nuestra identidad: Es recordar de dónde venimos, sentirnos conectados con la tierra de nuestra familia y tener orgullo de hablar español. | ![]() Leo C. It is our roots and identity: It means remembering where we come from, feeling connected to our family’s homeland, and being proud to speak Spanish. |
![]() Victoria G- Es Unión familiar: La familia es la base de la comunidad y nuestro lugar seguro. Es el espacio donde aprendemos costumbres, vivimos la fe y nos apoyamos unos a otros. | ![]() Xavier O. -It is family unity: Family is the foundation of our community and our safe place. It is where we learn traditions, share our faith, and support one another. |
First, we had the Summer Boys (Leonardo, Andrew, Emilano, Carlos, Giovanni and Ethan) performing "Y Llegaste Tu."
Next, Our Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten students gave us "Hola Hola," "La Raspa," and "Rompe."
Carlos performed "Triste Recuerdo."
Alanna then sang "Por Ti," with a (more than a) little help from her friends!
Ana and Senny showed color, song, and danc with "Baila esta Cumbia."
Grades 1-3 gave spirited performances of "Se Menea" and "El Sonidito."
Leonardo treated us to a soulful "Ven Porque Te Necesito."
Our 4th Grade sang and danced to "Echa pá Lante":
Emiliano took a turn with "Adios Amor."
Then Sussan and crew gave "Nunca es Suficiente."
Giovanni sang a very heartfelt "Se Me Olvido Otra Vez."
We finished up with the 5th grade singing and dancing (in pairs, no less!) to "Tiemp de Valz."
Big thanks to:
Our audience, who filled up the hall and gave so much energy back to our performers:
Our fundraising committee, for snacks, lemonade and merch:

And of course, our Director Mr Rios and his student helpers:
Finally, let's re-experience the decor, into which so much work went!
