Drop-off and Pick-up Safety

Good morning, parents and guardians!

For the safety of all our students, please remember to follow these important driving rules during morning drop-off:

• Drive Slowly and Be Alert: Our parking lots and surrounding streets are busy. Please reduce your speed and watch out for children.

• Use Designated Drop-Off and Pick-Up Zones: Please pull up to the designated drop-off areas before letting your children out of the car.

• No Double Parking and Don’t Block Driveways: Double parking blocks traffic and creates a serious safety hazard for students crossing the street.

• No U-turns: U-turns are not allowed on 30th street and create a traffic hazard.

• Use Crosswalks: Always use the designated crosswalks. Please do not encourage children to cross between cars.

• Be Patient and Courteous: A few extra moments of patience can ensure everyone starts their day safely.
