These meetings serve as a platform to discuss the needs of English Learners, provide feedback on effective ways to support them, and ensure their full participation in all school activities. ELAC also advises the principal and staff on the development of the school's bilingual education master plan, contributes to the school's needs assessment, and helps inform the School Site Council.
